-12 Folded Chairs
-2 6ft Table (Seating for 12)
-Faux Kitchen (no sink)
-Bluetooth speaker (connect to your phone)
- T.V (for presentation)

At this time we do not allow kid events or parties, nor music videos.
Please include time for set up, event, cleaning and breakdown in your booking time.
At this time we do not allow the following at the studio: - No cake smash sessions.
- No music videos.
- No firearms.
- No kids events or parties.
- No confetti, glitter, candles or sparklers.
- No liquor, or illegal drugs.
- No smoking, vaping, candles, smoke bombs or open flames.
- No nudity, pornography, or illegal activities.
- No holes allowed in the walls, Command Stripes only.
Please return all furniture and items used back to it's original location & position prior to exiting the studio. Furniture Restrictions: White sofa, Pink sofa and the desk with the bookshelves are the only furnitures that are not allowed to be moved.
Wall decor may be moved and added however, no holes are allowed in the walls. Use command Stripes only.
